I'm getting shock wave therapy now at 2x per week for 10 treatments. I've finished my fourth treatment and can tell some bit of difference in my legs and feet. I'm also getting red light therapy at the same time. I don't know if this does anything or not. I did order a TENS unit from Oxiline.com. It was recommended by the clinic chiropractor that is treating me. It's cell phone size and seems to be well made. I'll use this for continuing maintenance. I used a TENS unit about 35 years ago after a back injury and it helped repair the sciatic nerve down my leg. I'm hopeful. I'm taking Gabapentin, which helps, and Ibuprofen from time to time, but haven't needed the Ibu this week. I think the electro-therapy is the best avenue for help.
