I take 3600 mg of gabapentin a day for the pain/numbness in my feet, and all it does is dull the pain. It's always there, and always will be.

I'm 59 and just found out in July of 24 that I have PN
It's been a life change for me it started with heavy legs and tingling and the sheets at night and horrible cramps in feet and unbalanced walking.
Help anything that will help me with information about this.all my dr wants to do is prescribed gabapentin .
But I also have vestibular hypofunction
