Robertwills! Move! This has been going on a long time and you need to come to terms with it. It will not get better and it is making you ill at ease, paranoiac, ....this is no way to live. At some point with all due respect you have become part of the problem and not the solution.!

I agree. Move. I do not think waiting for something or someone to remove these people is going to happen

kdalda75: Thank you for your concern and opinion. I value it and I have thought about moving, obviously. But I can assure you that I have confirmed there is a legal process underway and the men will no longer be here in the near, or very near, future.
As I indicated previously, this location is perfect for me; any other place is less ideal and who knows what neighbors I may have then? Plus, moving entails lots of things that I do not want to go through right now. This is a very nice place and the owner wants to keep it that way. This situation will in fact be ending soon.
