The only answer I got was that it could be due to perimenopause. The anxiety attacks and internal vibrations have stopped being a constant thank god. They haven’t fully gone away but they most definitely calmed down. Also just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy for my GI issues and everything oddly came back “clear and perfect” and that because I have these issues but no visible cause it might be something called “functional reflux”. The GI also said that I have severe inflammation and don’t know why. So Now I have 3 Drs My GI, My OBGYN and Primary care telling me they don’t know why or what’s causing it.

@lala8153 it looks like your last post was from a year ago , I am experiencing internal vibrations as well and I’m a 45 y/o female so I was wondering if you ever got any clear answers or a diagnosis . Have your symptoms improved ?
