My L5-S1 is severely compressed. I'm awaiting results of a 2nd Nerve Blocking. Presumably, then I'll get one (some??) Nerve Ablations that 'should' block/deaden my nerve to brain recognition of pain. THEN, hopefully, I can return to gym, pool and restretch and restrengthen low back, butt, leg and goin muscles..... Sound logical?

@gregda Are you considering a surgical fix? Are you working with a physical therapist? Do you have profession advice as to what exercises you can do safely?
