I’m asking about the liquid form. How long did it take to feel relief at 1ml per day? Can you take more, or use as needed?
Thank you ahead for sharing the information.

I just took my first droplets of conolidine and it seems to have reduced my pain. I am recovered from hip surgery. Stay tuned.

i have taken in liquid and used the balm both work for me.
The liquid is stronger than the balm as it contains PED...

Quite a few companies sell the product under different names.
I use proleviate dropper 1ml per day has around 30 drops for the month.

I see you mention the balm in other comments. Is it still helping? Can you share the website for the drops you bought from? There are so many out there I’m seeing some are fake on Amazon.

Hello @woody6660, have you had a chance to read through some of the research on conolidine? Studies are still ongoing and more research needs to be done, but early studies from 2021 showed some promise:

"Research on conolidine is limited, but the few studies currently available show that the drug holds promise as a possible opiate-like therapeutic for chronic pain."

"Presently, conolidine has been shown to inhibit Cav2.2 calcium channels and increase the availability of endogenous opioid peptides by binding to a recently identified opioid scavenger ACKR3. Although the identification of conolidine as a potential novel analgesic agent provides an additional avenue to address the opioid crisis and manage CNCP, further studies are necessary to understand its mechanism of action and utility and efficacy in managing CNCP."

This is all to say that there are potential benefits, but the risks and long-term efficacy have not yet been completely researched. Have you had a chance to talk about this treatment with your provider?
