I am 74. Started abiraterone last April, 1000mg daily, and Eligard injection every 6 months. Gained a few pounds, but noticeable increase in belly fat. Had to go up one size in pants, and even that is tight. Hoping this goes away at the end of treatment. Walking 3 miles a day. Before this started, I was on rowing machine 30-45 minutes a day, but I don’t have the stamina for that now. Have to find a way to work back into it.

I can walk 3 miles no problem, but when I climb 2 or 3 steps or bend over, I get vertigo and serious fatigue. Can’t figure that out.

For me, workout in the am, after that it’s too too tired for me everyday. Ok
