@wyonissa, as you probably already know, paraneoplastic syndromes of the nervous system are a group of rare conditions that develop in some people who have cancer. Am I understanding correctly that you were diagnosed for testicular cancer? Ad you have now developed paraneoplastic limbic encephalitis, swelling or inflammation around the brain?

thank you for your reply. A friend of mine likely has this diagnosis and we are trying to find out as much as we can while waiting for a request for an appointment with Mayo Clinic. We are hoping to speak with others who may have this diagnosis. (and a history of testicular cancer)
