That happened to me a year after radiation. The solution starts with buying a urinal bottle and keeping it beside the bed, so that you don't have to fully wake up every two hours (rinsing the empty bottle with a squirt of handsoap and a little water every morning will keep if from smelling sour):

Next, if you haven't done so already, temporarily reduce or eliminate the urinary-tract irritants in your diet, like caffeine, alcohol, carbonated drinks, and spicy food, and drink a *lot* of water throughout the day to flush out your system.

If all of that doesn't do it, you can talk to your doctor about prescribing Myrbetriq for a while to relax your detrusor muscle (the involuntary muscle that squeezes your bladder). Flomax never did anything for me, but Myrbetriq (once we got the right dose) helped me get to the other side of what you're experiencing right now.
