Have you had tests done already and if so, what were they and what were the results (psa and pse, biopsy…)? What was your doctor, urologist, oncologist or whoever, saying?
Every Body is different and progresses at different rates. Time is not necessarily a benefit to you.

Bens1,
Thank you for your response. I have not talked to my prostate cancer support team about this diet or any other diet! They know I follow vegan diet. I have locally advance PCa. I am on Orgovyx for the last 10 months after SBRT treatment at UCLA.
I purchased Valter Longo's book about 6 years ago when it first came out. I was only diagnosed PCa last March.
I never practiced his diet and certainly didn't want to eat his PROLON packaged food even though it is well researched.
I got an email from DR GEO about a week ago (I am not his patient) that he is sponsoring a group to start using Fasting Mimicking diet this Sunday. That diet is limited for people under 70. So, I am not a good candidate.
DR Geo says it will benefit me. That has prompted me to post this.
I follow Intermittent fasting just to improve my health not as a cure for PCa.
