This is not true. Medicare Part D (prescription drug plan) does not usually cover it.
IF you have another prescribed, inhalable drug and a nebulizer, Medicare Part B covers it. The problem is getting the pharmacy to submit the paperwork correctly.

Amthem (old Blue Cross Blue Shield) Medicare pays for my 7% saline.
