Hello. I am new here. I just got diagnosed with osteopenia. I'm looking for guidance on exercises that can help maintain what bone I have, and strengthen it if possible.
I've been guided to strength training, jump roping, and rebounding.
Has anyone tried these and gotten positive results? What exercises are you doing to build and keep strong bones?

Suza- I’m new here as well. I’m doing what you’re doing. Too soon to know results but it sure is good for my wellbeing and overall heath. Running, jumping jacks etc plus added strength training. I’ll follow this post to see what others say. PS I was given the go ahead to continue the HIIT classes and running etc. by my Dr and PT people I consulted with.
