My rash lasted for several months even after discontinuing Naltrexone. By the time I could get an appointment the rash had faded and the dermatologist could not identify its cause. I have restarted the Naltrexone and a up to 4.5 where I will stay. No rash yet!!

Good to hear. I have an appt with mine in a couple of weeks after I increase to 3 mg. I had a similar rash last year and Dr said it might be a lotion. I changed and it seemed to work but wasn't on LDN then. It's not super horrible so I'm gonna keep using to see if it gets better after I up my dose this week. I know the sun really seems to hurt just being in it for a minute so might be a connection there to something I'm taking.
