Had an ablation for a pinched nerve in your back?

Have you had a MRI of your lumbar spine? Have you had an EMG/nerve conduction studies done by a neurologist? I would think you need this done by a before doing any ablation of a nerve. They need to confirm the exact nerve being compressed before treatment. X-ray does not show soft tissues and nerves.

Yes. I’ve had the MRI done. It showed a little hook from arthritis that has formed and that hook is pinching the nerve. If I bend backwards a little bit the pain definitely increases
