Does Mayo endorse specific neuropathy supplements or cures?

I have just seen an ad that says Mayo Clinic endorses it product. It is called Nerve Freedom. Does Mayo indeed back that product??

I had a home consultant of the Watkins Co. and also found the product for sale at Menard's. Watkins has a single kiosk display of some of their products here where I live in Iowa. I'd think that all their products can be obtained from an online source.
I'm not using it anymore because the prescriptions are effective but I'm confident that it would still work against the burning. Sometimes I sprayed it two or three times, letting it dry between. That burning sensation is awful, isn't it?

Yes, and my feet swell from the metatarsal area to the toes, both feet. Hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Can you give the exact name of the product so I can see if I can find it online? Thanks.

Even though it's temporary, my wife sprays the soles of my feet with peppermint extract that we found on Amazon. It's comes from somewhere in England, and it's strong stuff.
When the pain and burning is really bad, it helps calm down the nerves, even if only for a little while. I'm very lucky to have a wife who takes care of me, even after working 40 hours a week at a job that she's been doing for almost 30 years.
She goes out of her way to help me when/where ever I need it.

It's produced in England by a company called The Body Shop, and it's their peppermint extract. It's not cheap, but a little goes a long way.
I hope it works for you as well.

For the last 6 years, I have been using Led Light therapy daily for 20 minutes. It solved the pain in my feet but the numbness remains. The numbness has not increased. I bought a HealthLight foot and ankle pad which lasted 5 years and have bought another. There are so many Led products available so I went with one which had good reviews. I think my neuropathy was caused by antibiotics

My wife orders it from Amazon, and yeah, it still works when I'm having a really hard evening, that's when it's usually at it's worst. It definitely helps calm down the pain, but it's only temporary.
I'll take anything I can get.
