I've been on 1.5 for just over a week and have had bad rash on legs and arms. I thought it was from the sun but I never had issues before. Thought maybe more sensitive with new medication. It eased for awhile but still irritating. I up to 3 this week. Gonna try but wondering if LDN is causing this.

My rash lasted for several months even after discontinuing Naltrexone. By the time I could get an appointment the rash had faded and the dermatologist could not identify its cause. I have restarted the Naltrexone and a up to 4.5 where I will stay. No rash yet!!
