You could try topical Minoxidil. It may affect you less than taking a pill. My oncologist prescribed it after being on Exemestane and I experienced hair thinning. It is working pretty well.

my hair loss condition started with an increasingly stressful events. I have been shouldering for sometime a lot of extended and close family matters; some for decades along with BC since 2013 and when my mother passed away in 2018 it was most difficult and literally my hair had a marked fall out and other distressing events not really related to her followed during the pandemic and after. The scalp hair loss is a kind of alopecia & there is a genetic component to it as well. The Topical Minoxidal product kit has other chemicals in it that irritated my scalp and were possibly toxic so I only tried it once and I am just trying the pill for 3 or 4 months to see what kind of results occur with regrowth. Thank you for your input.
