Hi I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis had no symptoms doctor gave me Prolia can I stop after one dose I am a healthy 72 year old not happy about having this for the rest of my life going to do strength exercises
Any suggestions

@njx58 thanks so much for sharing the videos. Great information! I am just now considering treatment after being diagnosed 4 years ago. A bit reluctant to start any meds.

He’s actually not an MD- I think he’s a chiropractic Dr. idk but my endo was a little dismissive of some of his advice
