Having gone for medical evaluations and told that there's nothing wrong, have you considered the possibility that you might be having anxiety or panic attacks? Have any of your doctors suggested a small amount of medication to give you relief from the anxiety? The suggestion to get a full physical sounds like a perfect idea and if nothing is found, your doctor might want to consider giving you something for anxiety/panic attacks.
