I started my PMR journey in April 2024. Wasn't diagnosed until July. Currently on Prednisone 10 mg daily. I am still achy much of the time. I also am struggling with fatigue. Do others have this too. Not sure how much to push myself with exercise. I'm 70, this is first occurrence.

Welcome @euchrema20, You are not alone with the fatigue. It was with me often when my PMR was active. It's been in remission now for almost 7 years. When my PMR was active I definitely had to exercise in moderation and my body let me know when I over did it. I found it helpful to keep a daily log when tapering off of prednisone. Do you keep a daily log of your pain level and prednisone dose to help with your tapering?
