How are you now? My understanding is that micro progesterone can help create new bone density but progestins harm bone density. Don’t have a uterus but I do not tolerate estradiol well at all and micro progesterone most help menopause symptoms wise. But I don’t tolerate micro progesterone oral route, the first pass through the liver and metabolites. Only tolerate the caps used vaginal route or potent progesterone cream. But the commercial caps vaginal route better. I don’t have a uterus though.

Side note, I also started taking vitamin K2 with mk4 and mk7 for bone density and vascular health.

I've maintained for about 6 years. I recently increased my dose of estradiol and progesterone as I've had concerns with individual vertebrae losing density. I'm due for a dexa this year.

I had a had Hysterectomy at age 27. Did not start hormone therapy until age 50. Now age 76 have osteoporois and numerous fx. Not impressed RHT helped but my sisters problems with osteo started at age 55 and might not til age 70. It just delayed my osteo .
