Your provincial health care plan may pay for a consult at Mayo Clinic if they offer treatment not available in Canada. If treatment is available in Canada, then you would pay either out-of-pocket or through a private insurance plan. That said, there are excellent cancer centers in Canada. You may wish to inquire if you qualify for a clinical trial.
