I'm taking 50 mg. Tramadol three times a day (although my Rx allows for 50 mg. four times a day), and also 100 mg. Pregabalin three times a day. This has been for 3 years and is consistently effective against pain and burning but does nothing for numbness and cold feet. I wear wool shoes in the winter, and imbalance/gait are what I struggle the most with, probably because of the numbness. I hope you are finding some relief!
