We all have unique issues, but XERO brand minimalist footwear for me. Lack of sensation in my feet, balance, and right foot drop are my primary issues. They have zero heel drop which helps with foot drop and I can actually feel the ground under me again. While I loved my ON Running shoes, they have too much cushion and I could not feel the ground and wobbled when standing still and had to constantly reset my feet because of balance issues. XERO makes running shoes, boots, shoes, sandals. It feels good to be "grounded" again!
