I will add this. These type of individuals can prey on people's vulnerabilities. Possibly what you describe could be an advantage for them. With all due respect I think you should move.

As I indicated they will be moving soon, whether voluntarily or not. I'm not going to go through all it tales to move to go to another place that is more inconvenient to where I need to be all because these people want to establish a open-air drug market here . I can confirm these people are known to the local police. Not that it matters to these people but it gives the neighbors a lot of power now.
