It is exhausting . I also have a new symptom with showering . I keep the water as cool as possible . I bought a new “ rain” shower head . Tried it yesterday . Today my skin is peeling profusely. I thought the other shower head was maybe too strong a flow for my skin . My skin is peeling all over now again. I don’t know. I have used skin crème . Ointments . Etc. It still peels after I apply . This one has me puzzled.
