Muscles twitching and cramping in legs and feet

Try taking inositol powder. NOW brand is what I always used for at least 25 years now. About 1/3-1/2 teaspoon first thing when you get up. Drink water to get it down. I hope this helps. Also magnesium helps with what you describe is happening.

I recently started taking magnesium Glycinate. I will continue taking it until I see my doctor. I know very little about Inositol, but will look it up asap. I thought maybe this was restless legs, but people I know with restless legs say my symptoms are different. I can visibly see the muscles twitching in my legs day and night, and I have been experiencing cramping in my calf muscles and back when I stretch. The only health issues I have are Hypothyroidism, and Pernicious Anemia. Thank You for your advice!
