You are a day ahead of me. I hope your symptoms go away. I've always had insomnia so my Dr has always told me to take Benadryl so maybe that's why I haven't noticed the skin crawling. Have you tried benedryl? I've read other people on here trying it. Do you just notice it at night?

Last night was my first night to notice the tingling. I haven’t tried Benadryl yet. I thought of using a PM pain med an hour before bedtime.
