I seen my urologist yesterday,ask about DM,he told me to buy Ellura on Amazon,$55 for a month worth,this brand is make from pure cranberry and high percentage of PAC ,the ingredient for preventing UTI .
He said if I want to buy a cheaper brand,buy at Costco,DM to him is not proven 100% work.
However,lots of people say it work for them on youtube.

@thanhphosaigon what is DM? (D-mannose ?) What is PAC? Then there is also cranberry. Are these three different supplements thought to be useful in prevention &/or treatment of urinary tract infection (UTI)? Your urologist suggested Ellura, that contains cranberry and PAC but not the DM? All of this is over the counter (OTC) and would not require a prescription. Amazon &/or Costco are both cost effective sources for OTC’s. If you decide to try any of this will you post again and let us know how it is going?
