I think that when it comes to our neuropathy problems we will end up finding more solutions than the medical profession has. I didn't know that I had any numbness in my toes until I wasn't aware that my toe was run over in a department store in my early 40's! I knew that my feet were cold and I wore socks to bed and years later my hands were cold also. I have fibromyalgia. I was talking to a gal that has it also and she recommended that I take some organic encapsulated fruits and vegetables because they helped her. It didn't work to help my fibromyalgia but it cured my bursitis in my hips and helped my neuropathy in my feet and legs. The product is Juice Plus. I don't sell it but I still use it. They make different capsules and the ones that help with my neuropathy are the berry ones. They have strawberries, blueberries etc. Well I ran out of them a couple of months ago and it took a few weeks for the problems to come back. I kept forgetting to order some and I regret that since sometimes my feet and legs are not comfortable with the numbness and pain. I have to take more than the recommended amount. I'm taking 6 a day. The normal dose is only 2 . When we are working at healing our body it starts on the cellular level and that takes time. There is a mega dose of the berries in each capsule so I don't think that eating a lot of berries will work very well. Although I like blue berries and eat them sometimes too. This extra berry treatment takes about 6 weeks to see success. I'm 78 and I find that it takes more to try to keep things going than for younger people. This has worked wonders for me. I hope that this has been helpful to someone. Best wishes of health to all.
