Welcome @mrtee, Not sure there really is a remedy for hand numbness although there may be some treatments or therapy that provides some relief. You are not alone and might find it helpful to scan through the many different discussions and comments by members who also have symptoms of numb hands. Have you been diagnosed with neuropathy or carpal tunnel syndrome? Do you also have pain in your hands?

@mrtee
If you have hand numbness, it is good to have a neurologist, orthopedic cervical spine specialist or hand/wrist specialist get you an EMG/nerve conduction study of your arms/hands and possibly MRI if cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve) to see what may be causing your numbness. I have hand numbness that is caused by a combined carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical radiculopathy and myelopathy. Depending on cause, treatments will be recommended (like physical therapy, steroid injections or surgery).

I do not feel my hands to my elbows from the neuropathy. The feet to my knees are numb from the neuropathy. I am constantly cutting them when I cook. This is caused from the small fiber neuropathy. You ned to have the biopsy by a neuromuscular neurologist along with the emgand nerve conduction testing.

I also have small fiber neuropathy. What I am doing to try and control my small fiber: Eat healthy. Limited meat. Mostly fruits and vegetables. Spinach smoothies with chia seeds. Exercise. I do my elliptical every other day for 45 minutes. Every other day I do Christian Yoga (Specifically the Yoga Prayer) Free on You Tube. My hands do go numb on occasion but they do not stay numb. I am also numb from the knees down. I lead a very full and productive life. You do have to be very aware of your surroundings. I look down when I walk in strange areas. Wear gloves when you cook and wash dishes. I also started taking EB-N5. I let you know in 3 months if it has made any improvements. My biggest difference so far is my change in my diet. I also take turmeric for pain. I was diagnosis for small fiber (biopsy) 3 years ago but I must have had it for many years (no feeling in my feet).
