Thanks so much for your reply.
I have never been able to tolerate chocolate , so I keep away from that and I've never really had migraines or significant headaches requiring medications its only since having Covid-19 , that I have had this head pain that interferes with my life, noises around me, that in the past when unnoticed now annoying me +++, too much stimulation, the loss of focus, the loss of words and reading abilities, overwhelme my headache and my test results NAD???
This is not me, the doctor told me I need to learn to be a new me🤨😪

I take an herb for migraine called Feverfew. I take one every morning. After less than 2 weeks my migraines almost entirely disappeared. It also has mild blood thinning properties so check what meds you are on now. For me, feverfew was a last resort. I had been on every migraine med in existence. None worked, some made the migraines last up to 5 days instead of 3. Now, since feverfew I'm fine and hope it will never be off the market.
Another source of migraines is associated with Celiac disease. I had migraine since I was 3, but after diagnosis they were lessened. I hope something here helps or at least gives you a step forward.
