I was told my problem is CSS and that I need to retrain my brain. I am in my 2nd week of trying things to retrain and it seems like my symptoms are getting worse. The volume seems higher than it’s been in over a year.

I attended the 2 day course on managing fibromyalgia/CSS at the Mayo Jacksonville, FL and it was helpful. I now do a lot of deep breathing, visualization, tapping, and gentle stretching every day. I also plan to investigate acupuncture. I currently take 200mg 3 times per day of gabapentin and I think it’s starting to help, but it has side effects so I’d like to be able to wean off of it.
