How many of you improved your osteoporosis without drug intervention?

I am not recovering from surgery at the moment.
I was using VAGIFEM and I attribute the problem of post menopausal bleeding to that. So I stopped using it. ESTRIOL is a different form of estrogen that doesn’t affect the breasts. I ended up needing a hysterectomy. Anyway the estriol can be bought online in formulations provided they are USP meaning United States pharmacopeia. I am 82 now.

Karen, I get the Estradiol prescriptions from my GYN. I I guess I just don't know enough about these types of medicines. I was under the impression and never researched differences of Vagifem and Estradiol cream. Many years ago I tried Vagifem but had very bad headaches So stopped it. I suppose my fear is that since the Estradiol creams is inserted vaginally that it could still effect the uterus. Please for give my lack of knowledge about this and I appreciate you responding to me.
