Can a dry orgasm after prostatectomy still be pleasurable?

I was still early in learning the new me. Pelvic floor muscle control solved that one.

I found this to be harder to get used to psychologically than physically. This may sound strange, but I deal with it by using a water-based lube that is made to look exactly like c*m. My brain still knows it's not "real" but at least things look like they did before. It also looks real after intercourse and is a nice surprise for a partner that's used to no longer having visual "evidence."

I turned 81 yesterday and had a most wonderful gift with my wife as another Birthday gift. Dry orgasms for me are no different in feel than when I was having normal ejaculations. The only difference is, there's no mess to clean up afterwards. A pure pleasure to my wife and I. Just be happy that you're able to have the wonderful experience. Had radical prostatectomy in 2008 and it's been that way since as far as feeling goes.

I have dry orgasms and they are much more intense and pleasurable than before surgery. I say dry when referring to semen output, although thanks to the surgery, I do still ejaculate urine at high velocity; so, I need to make sure I limit fluids, empty my bladder, and roll a condom on before sex.

Absolutely you can have fantastic dry orgasms. I really can't tell the difference except there's no mess for me or my wife to clean up!

Dry orgasms are good but I still don’t know if dry orgasms affect you PSA level before a blood test ? 🤷‍♂️
