They are not caused by vaccines!
I had autoimmune encephalitis several years ago, and can assure you of that fact.

I’m glad that for you the vaccine didn’t cause encephalitis. My grandson had a bad reaction and couldn’t understand or read the word “the” the day after his Covid Vaccine, so his doctor told my daughter not to have him get any more. Its effect can be different for others.
