Hi,

I completely understand your predicaments, in fact, my LS has always been irritated by underwear (flare up or No flare up), as it is the groin area I am affected the most with this disease. I discovered Bjorn Borg's mini 'cotton' shorts' (the Swedish tennis player), here is website link which I hope you find helpful.

@hungryhat64 are these shorts low rise? They seem to be available only in Europe …

I just got on their site and one pair is $24 no delivery charge no tax.
