Hello I've had tinnitus and hypercucasis for several years now. Needless to say it's been difficult to put mildly. Anyway taking a flight to Mexico, which meets I'll be on the Flight for 6 hours
I know can where my ear plugs, but my audiologist said not to where noice canceling headphones. Also is it alright to wear the ear plugs for the entire flight? Thank you

Hello and thank you for asking your question.
My short response is as being trained by a Tinnitus professor I only wear noise canceling headphones because wherever you sit in the plane the engines are to loud. They have headphones that allow you to connect to your phone to download soft music or white noise. They also come with a button that is a feature you utilize to hear what you need to hear by pressing on and off. They are battery operated. If you require more information I am an American Tinnitus Association support leader and please feel free to email me at tvtinnitus@gmail.com. I would be glad to help...
