Tens machine for numbness

My numbness in my feet has decreased over the last couple of months, but I’m not sure why. I have a tens unit I was going to try. I hope the numbness will completely diminish. I also have an occasional burning in one spot on right foot the size of a quarter. That hardly ever appears now. I suspect it’s probably better due to B12 treatment for deficiency, post covid healing, better blood sugar control. Plus, lots of exercise and good nutrition. But, I’m not sure.

When you use the tens unit, do place on the numb area?

My B12 numbers were all good as well as my Vitamin D. I also have burning in my big toe on my right foot. With less inflammation that burning does go away. I just had bunion surgery and the big toe went crazy. As the swelling decreases the burning is going away as well. I have been using the tens machine on my numb area. However, I don't feel much of it, so you do have to be careful.
