Definitely discuss with your doctor.
If your prescription is in continuous flow and your portable is pulse flow, the settings do not correspond. Mayo rehabilitation brought that to my attention.
My Inogen product book also makes a statement that Pulse Flow is different than Continuous Flow.

Thank you for pointing that out! Guess I should have read the booklet. This could explain a lot of my issue.
