Anyone have shortness of breath when on oxygen and walking?

If you are using a portable concentrator be sure to carry your Oximeter . The portable can only deliver so much . None of them can deliver over 3mm.

To leave the house I have to take the portable concentrator - heavy though it is! I still get out of breath and it scares me. I walk inside - not as interesting but walking is walking!
