I am in similar situation to smmc2025. I was 3 years post full hysterectomy (did hyster because of bleeding, a tumor was found in the endometrium); Recurrence discovered 3 years later via pelvic exam. CT, Pet scan and biopsy followed, Pathology showed recurrence of same adenocarcinoma Figo 1, Grade 1 in my left vaginal cuff. I then did 5 weeks external radiation with once a week low dose chemo (cisplatin); the 5 sessions of brachytherapy. I didn't think there could possible be anything left after that. But a bit still showed on my scans. So now, because I can't do anymore radiation in that area, I have done 5 immunotherapy infusions (30 min a session), 3 weeks apart. Now switching to 6 weeks. Doing fine, recent scan was clear. No side effects yet. Keeping fingers crossed. Hope this is helpful in some way.

@riverland889 I am keeping fingers (and toes) crossed for you. I'm happy to your that your most recent scan was clear. I feel that the more we are able to share with one another the more helpful and supportive we can be. For me, it's so very helpful to know that I am not alone in this journey.

Riverland889-so helpful; thank you. I’ve been hesitant about the immunotherapy; can you share which drug they used for immunotherapy? They’re mentioning Jemperli? To me. Wishing you complete healing and recovery.
