@naturegirl5 Thank you, Helen. They are such loving special little souls. I am so glad I got a friend in who has had many dogs over the years to help with planning to suit my circumstances before I brought them home. We also removed the toxic plants into a different area which they’re unable to access. They sleep in separate crates in my bedroom. Not a squeak from 9.30 pm to 5 am unless there’s a toilet emergency!!
The pups started off so small with limited ability to get up to mischief. As they continue to grow and gain confidence I need to keep vigilant about adjusting the puppy proofing!
They also go to separate puppy play groups so they learn more independence and grow their own personalities while I spend solo time out walking with the pup whose turn it is to stay behind! On non puppy group days I take them both to an off leash enclosed field where they play together if we’re too early, or with other dogs if they’re there. It’s so much fun but hard work 🥰🐾
