How do you handle time management and calendar?

We can’t do a monthly calendar. The refrigerator white board for the day works somewhat. He still asks many times what we are doing. Has no real conception of time.

My wife, who has MCI and has just tested positive for alzheimers being present, and I go over a month at a view physical calendar on the wall. By going over appointments daily helps as she easily confuses dates and actions.
