I have double incontinence; I was over cut during childbirth. I started having problems when I was 42 and could not have surgery to repair the sphincter muscle due to my intolerance of all pain medication. I have had two rectal stimulators installed that really do help. the battery has a very long life- . I am also careful about what I do and do not eat. I stay home in the morning.
For the bladder I get Botox injections in my bladder every three months which really do help.
I also had a double sling surgery done in 2014, one for the bladder and one for the rectal muscles. The surgery was easy I found two different surgeons that had a long history of robotic surgery and asked them to work together, so I would be under only one time. I was only in the hospital for one night. Everything I have mentioned is covered by Medicare.
