I believe it is highly under reported! I feel like my doctor got one over on me. I was peeing fairly well before surgery other than having constant prostate irritation whihc I thought the surgery would correct but hasn't. Hell, I could have just kept on suffering and not had the surgery and retained my ejaculation. I guess what's done is done.

Im 51. Prostate was size 80 I had the surgery 10-16-24. Had the catheter in for six days. Two blockages from catheter. Very painful. Two UTI's since the surgery. The retro ejaculation is real and has no improvement. Still able to get and maintain an erection. I suffer daily with In incontinence. At least two trips a night to piss. My daily life includes never being too far from a toilet. About every hour i have to piss. Sometimes twice an hour. No improvement since surgery. Taking Gemtesa with very little effect for five weeks. The surgery has made my life more of a living hell than before i had it. I would be happy to answer anyones concerns. If you can avoid this surgery my suggestion would make it last resort. Your sex life will be over !!! I had the surgery in Dallas TX
