I don't know what is or isn't under reported, but I do know that in my case, a lot was not communicated,
The rosy result of which I was assured, did not fully materialize.

I believe it is highly under reported! I feel like my doctor got one over on me. I was peeing fairly well before surgery other than having constant prostate irritation whihc I thought the surgery would correct but hasn't. Hell, I could have just kept on suffering and not had the surgery and retained my ejaculation. I guess what's done is done.
