@sonodeka, there is no book on compression fractures. From your comments above, it appears that the "Exercise for Better Bones" doesn't specifically address compression fractures. If I'm incorrect, please let me know, and thanks for your help!

I misunderstood about the compression program. This book doesn't address compression fractures directly, but teaches about moving and exercising safely to avoid fractures. Mundy seems to be more aware of her offerings re compression fractures. Check out her website, and maybe even send her your questions. Best of luck to you!
