Thank you! you're amazing... I couldn't find this. I don't know your situation but if you have medicare it's my understanding that medicare must cover it based on this new legislation. (Please post anything more you can find out in this thread) I plan on finding a doctor who will prescribe it off label and then battle it out with medicare is necessary. https://avanos.com/pain-management-and-recovery/nopain-act.

Hi, I just started taking it and told my orthopedic surgeon about it. I have Kaiser in California (Medicare Advantage) which covered the cost completely. I have had some relief when I take it with advil. I take it for hip pain, not for neuropathy. My doc prescribed one every 24 hours. However I read about it and the pharmacist said at least in the beginning to take it every 12. I think it is helping and will continue to take it. Also having a consult for PRP (platelet rich plasma). I had a partial hip replacement after a fall 4 years ago and have had pain off and on ever since. Cortisone shots no longer helping.
