Margaret Martin is known for being particularly careful about form and
exercising safely. She asks you to self assess your exercise level,
taking into account fracture risk. Then you start the exercises at the
appropriate level. I haven't seen the book about compression fractures but
I think you'd find this book would be a useful addition to that one. Good

@sonodeka, there is no book on compression fractures. From your comments above, it appears that the "Exercise for Better Bones" doesn't specifically address compression fractures. If I'm incorrect, please let me know, and thanks for your help!
